ARTECHOUSE NYC is set to unveil its latest digital art exhibition, SUBMERGE: Beyond the Render, on September 19, 2025, at Chelsea Market in New York City. This exhibition marks a significant milestone as it becomes the largest showcase of rendered immersive cinematic works, featuring contributions from 15 digital artists. The exhibition is powered by the decentralized GPU infrastructure of The Render Network, enabling the creation of stunning 18K resolution artworks at unprecedented speed and scale.

The Render Network’s decentralized approach connects thousands of idle GPUs worldwide, allowing independent artists to produce high-quality works at a fraction of the cost and time typically required by major studios. This innovative use of technology has dramatically reduced production timelines, with artists completing their works in weeks rather than months.

SUBMERGE: Beyond the Render will feature a diverse lineup of artists, including 2025 Emmy winners Maciej Kuciara and Emily Yang (pplpleasr), alongside visual innovators such as Woosung Kang, FVCKRENDER, and Gavin Shapiro. The exhibition provides a platform for these artists to experiment with new aesthetics in immersive storytelling, inviting audiences to engage with bold and boundary-pushing ideas.

Maciej Kuciara, one of the featured artists, expressed the transformative impact of the exhibition, stating, “For most of my career, the scale of my imagination was limited by access to resources. SUBMERGE changes that equation. With the right tools in the hands of independent artists, this show proves we can produce work that rivals, and even surpasses, what comes out of the biggest studios.”

ARTECHOUSE’s state-of-the-art projection space will host the exhibition, allowing audiences to step into expansive digital worlds ranging from meditative landscapes to surreal XR dreamscapes. The exhibition demonstrates how decentralization can remove production bottlenecks and empower artists to realize ambitious visions.

Mike Winkelmann, also known as Beeple and a member of the Render Network Advisory Board, highlighted the significance of the exhibition, stating, “SUBMERGE is showing us what happens when artists get the tools to build fully immersive worlds, not just static images. The Render Network gives artists access to serious rendering power to take big, ambitious ideas and actually make them real.”

ARTECHOUSE Founder & Chief Creative Officer Sandro Kereselidze emphasized the organization’s mission to drive the future of immersive art, stating, “We built ARTECHOUSE to drive the future of immersive art, and staying ahead means being a platform that connects visionary creators with the tools, compute, and audience to realize work that simply wasn’t possible a few years ago.”

The exhibition, announced here, continues ARTECHOUSE’s commitment to championing new creative voices and offering a technological and artistic platform for experimentation at the highest level.

ARTECHOUSE NYC is launching an immersive digital art exhibition, SUBMERGE: Beyond the Render, utilizing decentralized GPU technology from The Render Network to enable high-resolution and cost-effective art production.

Recent industry reports indicate that decentralized GPU rendering is increasingly intertwined with AI workloads and metaverse development. This trend is evident as The Render Network empowers artists to create high-quality digital art efficiently, aligning with the latest advancements in decentralized GPU technology.

According to expert insights, decentralized GPU technology democratizes access and reduces costs in digital art creation, enabling artists to maintain ownership and monetize their creations directly. This supports the exhibition’s impact by showcasing how artists can leverage decentralized infrastructure to produce innovative and immersive art experiences.
